Sign in with Google
Team members can log in to ClearPolicy using their Google account instead of a separate email and password. When they click Sign in with Google on the login page, they’ll be redirected to Google to authorize access, then returned to ClearPolicy.Sign in with Google is available to any team member on your account. Each person connects their own Google account individually — this is not an organization-wide setting.
Import from Google Drive
When creating a new document or adding a revision to an existing one, you can import the file directly from your Google Drive rather than uploading it from your computer.Supported file types
- Google Docs — converted to PDF on import
- PDF files stored in Google Drive
How to import

Start a new document or revision
In ClearPolicy, create a new document or open an existing document and choose to add a new revision.

Choose Pick from Google Drive
When selecting a file, choose Pick from Google Drive. If Drive is not connected yet, choose Connect Google Drive and complete Google’s permission prompt.

Authorize access
If you haven’t connected Google Drive yet, you’ll be prompted to sign in and grant ClearPolicy permission to access your Drive files. You only need to do this once.

Select your file
Browse or search your Drive and select the document you want to import. ClearPolicy will fetch the file and create the revision.
How to connect your Google account
If you want to connect Google before importing a file, you can do so from your account settings.1
Go to Integrations
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.

Connect Google Drive
Under apps that ClearPolicy can access, find Google Drive and click Connect. Complete the authorization flow to grant Drive import access.
