Use the dashboard

Use the ClearPolicy Dashboard to review your compliance score, see who is pending or needs attention, and find documents that still need to be published.

The Dashboard gives you a quick view of what needs attention across your organization. Use it when you want to know whether people are completing requests, which groups need follow-up, and which documents still need to be published or sent.

Use the dashboard to spot broad trends. When you are ready to work through individual outstanding requests, open Requests.

Open the dashboard

Click Dashboard in the sidebar. Group Managers do not see the organization-wide dashboard because their access is limited to assigned groups.

Compliance score

The Compliance Score card shows the percentage of people who have finished every assigned acknowledgment on the current published version. The gauge label Completion is a high-level snapshot of acknowledgment and signature completion — not a measure of whether people are following your policies in day-to-day practice. Select the help icon next to the card title for a short explanation.

The card also highlights groups with lower completion rates. Click a group to open it on the People tab and follow up on members or documents that need attention.

Start with the lowest-compliance groups when you need to decide where to follow up first.

People

The People card groups people by their current status:

Status	What it means
Compliant	The person has completed the current required documents.
Pending	The person has an open request that has not been completed.
Needs Attention	The person has something that needs follow-up, such as an outdated completion, renewal due, or missing request.
Not Started	The person has assigned documents but has not received requests yet.

Click a status to open the People list filtered to that status.

Documents

The Documents card helps you spot document work that needs attention.

• Document compliance shows documents with lower completion rates.
• Finish drafts shows documents or revisions that still need to be published.
• New document lets you create a document from the dashboard.
• Send document request lets you send requests when you already have published documents.

If a document appears under Finish drafts, open it and publish the revision before sending requests.

Banners and next steps

You may see helpful banners at the top of the dashboard. For example, ClearPolicy may suggest finishing Planning Center setup or booking an onboarding call.

You can dismiss these banners when they are no longer useful.

What to do from the dashboard

Use the dashboard as a starting point:

• If people are Pending, open Requests and send reminders for unfinished requests.
• If people Need Attention, open the People list or a group page to see what is missing.
• If documents need publishing, finish and publish the draft.
• If one group is behind, open it on the People tab and follow up.
