ClearPolicy does not offer customer choice of hosting region today.
This page describes regions and categories of infrastructure, not specific hosting vendors. Vendor categories and named product providers (email, payments, analytics, and similar) are listed in Section 8 of the DPA.
What this covers
This applies to data your organization manages in ClearPolicy, including:- People records and group membership
- Document content, revisions, and uploaded files
- Acknowledgment and signature records, including audit trail data
- Signed paper copies uploaded when a team member records paper on file
- Data imported through integrations you enable (such as Planning Center)
Roles
For the people and document data you manage in ClearPolicy:- Your organization is the data controller. You decide what to collect and which documents to send.
- ClearPolicy is the data processor. We process that data only to provide, secure, and support the service.
Sub-processors and integrations
ClearPolicy uses third-party providers to operate the service. Core providers (such as cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and payments) are listed in Section 8 of the DPA. Some providers are used only when you enable a specific integration.International transfers
